The hiring process has two parts. First, you'll meet with the hiring manager for introductions and to get a feel for each other. Then, there's a session with an interviewer focused on behavioral questions to see how you'd fit in with the team and company.

After my profile was shortlisted, the HR team contacted me for a brief chat about my interest in the job. They were very clear and professional. It was made clear from the start that the interview process would consist of 3 phases. The 1st phase was about me, my experience, Hugo Boss requirements, a quick technical check to see if my profile fit, and package expectations. The 2nd phase was to answer a case study, and the 3rd/final phase was an in-person interview at HQ with the VP and head of the department to get to know each other better. After each phase, HR provided clear communication about the process and adequate time between rounds. Scheduling was also done according to my preference, which kept me stress-free.
