Intern
So I sent in my CV and references, and then within a day or two, I got invited for a HireVue interview. They explained how it worked, and you could re-record each of the three questions up to three times. The very next day, I had an online chat with the two folks I'd be working with, and it was mostly about if I'd fit in and what the job involved. I got an offer two days after that. Everyone was super nice and professional, which made me feel good about the team and company. All in all, I was really happy with how the hiring went, and I liked that they communicated quickly and clearly.

Intern
It was a one-on-one onsite interview with two people from the department. The greeting was unprofessional as they initially mistook another candidate for me. After clearing up the confusion, we went to an office for the interview. The interviewers introduced themselves and their work areas. I then walked them through my resume. Their questions indicated they hadn't reviewed my resume beforehand. No technical questions were asked. Instead, they asked personal questions about teamwork, which I found inadequate. The standard rejection email that followed wasn't a surprise. Overall, a very disappointing and unprofessional interview.
- What is important to you in working together with colleagues?
Intern
I applied for the internship through the Hugo Boss website and got an interview invite about two weeks later. It was a video call with the team lead, who was really nice and professional. We had a good chat, and the questions were mostly about my background (school and work), why I want the job, how I team up, and how I keep things organized. The team lead also explained what the job would be like day-to-day and was clear about when I'd hear back. I got feedback in less than a week, which was faster than they said. It was a great experience overall.
