The interview process was really smooth and quick. We had to reschedule a bit, but everyone was cool about it. Overall, it was a good experience; they asked a good mix of getting-to-know-you questions and also about my technical skills and how I approach my work.

I applied on their site and a recruiter reached out a few weeks later. We had a 20-minute phone call, and then scheduled a meeting for the next week. I then met with some art directors, and the HR person asked about salary expectations. They said they'd be in touch, and a few days later they called to set up another interview with a creative director. A few days after that, they emailed to let me know they had chosen someone else. They were very nice, responsive, and open throughout the whole thing.

The recruiter took more than 2 weeks to get back to me via email. We then scheduled a phone interview. I spoke with the recruiter on the phone for about 30 minutes. They scheduled an in-person interview for the very next day. I met with the creative director for the interview, and we discussed the roles and jobs available at Huge. I also explained my portfolio pieces.
