I went through four rounds of interviews for this role. First was a chat with the hiring manager, which was pretty informal and nice. Then, I met with a few Senior and Director level Product Managers. Talking with the team members was good, they were all pretty professional and nice too. After all the interviews were done, I tried to follow up with the recruiter and the hiring manager, but they completely ghosted me. It turns out this ghosting thing has happened to others too. It started off well, but the end experience was really bad.

Interviewed with the D.C. campus. Had a 30 min Recruiter call. Then a 30 min Video Interview with Hiring Manager. After that, a 3-hour Interview session. This session was divided into 30 mins per interviewer. The first interview gave a case study prompt. Each subsequent interview touched on the prompt and asked questions about it. Panel Interviewers were from different teams like Product, Strategy, Design, Tech, etc. Do your best to think about the questions asked and be able to sufficiently back up your claims and observations. The panel isn't there to intimidate you, but rather to really get to know you and see if you fit within the company. Probably the best interview experience I've ever had and I wish the stars aligned but I declined the offer as I had another offer that also seemed intriguing in terms of the work and industry. I highly recommend trying out Huge, everyone was super friendly and my recruiter was amazing, Thank you again for everything, A.D!!

Behavioral Technical

I had a good interview with the hiring manager, Design, and Engineering. But the interview with Program management was terrible. There's clear conflict and a lack of product understanding there, which would make working together difficult. Being a remote-first company, there was no real connection with anyone, making it feel like I was interviewing with different companies each time. It felt like I'd be unsupported and alone working there.
