My resume was referred by a friend to the recruiter. The recruiter then emailed me to schedule a phone interview. I was asked to call him on his mobile. When I called him at the scheduled time, he was on vacation and didn't pick up. The interview was rescheduled for later that week. During the rescheduled call, the interviewer asked me to walk through my resume and list the tools I've used. He also told me about what their interaction design team does.

Applied online and got an interview booked. They rescheduled last minute without a word. Got back in touch 10 days later. The interview was over Skype. I mostly walked through my portfolio with few interruptions. They said a decision would be made in 10 days. I got a rejection email about 20 days later. I had two other offers by then. Maybe they're swamped, or they don't value interviewing much. Or maybe both?

I had one in-person interview with a panel of 2 team members. They looked at my portfolio and had me present one project that demonstrated strong UX practices, and another project that I felt most passionate about. There was also a design challenge given on-site that I had 1.5 hours to complete.
