I applied with my resume and cover letter and then was asked to schedule a Skype call. The communication via email was nice and friendly, but the interviewer was about 10 minutes late for our Skype meeting and immediately told me she had to leave in 20 minutes. She seemed rushed and didn't seem that interested. It felt like she was more excited it was Friday than focused on interviewing me or my qualifications.

The interview involved an initial phone call, followed by three onsite interviews where I met about 6 people, which felt a bit overwhelming.
