I had a phone call with the Operations manager. It was pretty chill and conversational. They asked me about customer service and dealing with conflicts with coworkers. The call took about 20 minutes, and I got offered the job right then and there.

The process was pretty good and they got back to me quickly. You do have to go through the whole screening process, which takes about 7 days since you'll be working for both Husson Group and JFK. The process wasn't too bad, but they sometimes forget to keep you in the loop.

First I had to fill out some papers, then I did a 15 minute interview. After that I took a drug test, which I passed. I ended up mentioning how I enjoy reading, and since they own several brands, I was hired for a bookstore position instead of the airport convenience store. Which is still a great opportunity.
