I had a phone screen with a recruiter where she asked standard behavioral questions. Then, I met with the hiring manager, but she seemed very uninterested and rescheduled my interview twice. She was looking at her phone and didn't seem engaged. I didn't get any feedback afterward, but I knew it wasn't a good fit after that meeting.
