Behavioral Technical

Had a couple interviews within the first week or so, then about 3 weeks later spoke with the HR Manager. After that I got a welcome letter and my start date for a 2 week training. Before the training, I completed a drug test and a background test. I thought I was hired, but I guess not. During the first week of the 2 week training, I took a test on the 4th day and another on the 5th day. Near the end of the second test, I was told I didn't pass the first test and that it wouldn't work out. I felt like I was discriminated against because the instructor seemed to have it out for me from the beginning, possibly because I got lost on the highway and was late on the first day, which was unfortunate but no reason for them to dislike me.

Behavioral Other

It was an easy and long interview process, with very standard questions. I had 4 interviews. The first was a bit uncomfortable because the form they had me fill out asked for a lot of personal information about me and my family, making me think they'd use it to solicit my family for business. I didn't answer those questions, and while surprised, my interviewer moved on. The rest of the interviews were relatively easy.

The interview process was very relaxed, feeling more like a conversation. They made me feel comfortable and even complimented my smile. I shared a brief history of my work experience. The interview was conducted by two management individuals, and we sat at a dining room table.
