Sales Manager
The interview process was very pleasant and quick. The other managers were very friendly and asked a moderate amount of questions. They allowed you to have time at the end to address anything and to ask any questions you have for them.
- What is your desired salary range?
Sales Manager
It was pretty quick to hear back after applying. There were 2 interviews in total. The first one was with the floor manager and HR, and the second one was with the store manager. They really want to hear about things you've done at work, like initiatives you've taken with employees or projects you've started.
- Tell me about your past experience.
- What would you do in certain situations?
- Describe accomplishments at work.
Sales Manager
Had a quick phone call to ensure I got the job details right. Then I had a panel interview with the store Sales Director and some Group Sales Managers. It was pretty chill, they asked about 5 standard HR questions, and then the Sales Director and GSM asked me questions based on their own experience about what they needed for the role.
- Can you describe what excellent customer service entails?
- How would you approach coaching a sales associate who isn't meeting their performance goals?
