First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Hudson's Bay Company.
Customer Service Representative
It was a group interview for entry level jobs with about 5 applicants. We each took turns answering questions. Everyone wore formal black and white attire. There were applicants with diverse experiences, which was a bit intimidating for me as I only had about a year of retail experience. Two hiring managers were present; one sat us down and the other asked us to state our availability first.

Customer Service Representative
The interview process was good. It started with a phone interview, then I met with the recruiter one-on-one. They asked me important questions about my skills and the responsibilities of the role. The interviewer was friendly, and it felt more like a casual conversation.
- Can you explain your understanding of this role?
Customer Service Representative
The interview experience wasn't great. The interviewer seemed really distracted and wasn't fully engaged. It also took a while to get a response back, and the job descriptions weren't very clear.
