I was reached out to by a headhunter and we had a phone call. Following that, I spoke with VPs on the phone. We went over my resume and they asked typical first-round questions. The whole thing took about an hour and felt pretty conversational.

I had a first round interview over Teams. It was mainly behavioral, asking about my past work experience and deals I've been involved in. A few days after, they let me know they were moving forward with other candidates. The interviewer was friendly and was upfront about the process and the reason they weren't continuing with me.
