Had 2 interviews, both were group style on a call with managers. They would take turns asking you questions. Each lasted around 30 minutes. An offer was emailed several days later and I was given 2 weeks to accept.

First, corporate HR reached out for a basic screening call. Then, they set up a second phone interview with the HR manager on-site, which included typical questions. Next, a third on-site interview was arranged. I met with the HR manager and the production manager. It started with a 30-minute group interview led by HR, where we had a good chat about the role and my background. The remaining 30 minutes were spent on a plant tour with the production manager, but the tour felt rushed and they didn't seem very engaged, like they were just going through the motions.

Behavioral Other

You'll meet the team and get a tour of the plant. The team is pretty laid-back and mainly wants to see if you're a good fit. After meeting everyone and having some casual chat and general interview questions, they'll show you around the plant. What seems most important is that you're eager to learn, get along well with the team, and, most importantly, will be happy in the area.
