I had a first round phone screening that lasted about 20-30 minutes. It went okay, and the recruiter set up a second interview, but then never confirmed it or sent a meeting link, and just ghosted me. I tried following up but never heard back. It was really disappointing to be given a specific date and time and then completely stood up. I know things can fall through, but this felt really unprofessional, especially since I was promised another interview on a particular day. Even just a rejection email would have been better.

I had a few rounds for this role. First, there were two technical rounds where I had to write coding and explain the logic, but I didn't need to run the code, just write it on paper. Then, there was a manager round where they asked me about my college projects and the technologies I used.

The interview process was lengthy, involving 10 interviews in total, some of which included multiple interviewers. While the overall experience wasn't negative, I was ghosted by the recruiter after reaching the final round. There was no communication about whether I was selected or not. This is a common occurrence, but in my opinion, candidates who reach the final stage deserve at least a notification like 'We have decided to move forward with another candidate.' It certainly left a negative impression.

I applied online and went through 3 rounds of interviews: an initial screening, then an interview with the hiring manager, and finally with the director. It's worth noting that most of the scheduled interviews were delayed by about 10 minutes for various reasons. The whole process took about two months to set up and coordinate everyone's availability. There seemed to be a fair amount of miscommunication between departments. After completing all the stages, they told me I lacked a specific experience, which felt strange since I reached the final step. It felt like they didn't consider my experience properly, especially given how long the process took.
