The interview process has been going really well so far and it's been super clear. All the people I've talked to have been really nice. The questions haven't been too difficult, they were pretty much what I expected. I'm not sure if I'll get an offer yet because I still have one more interview round to go.

I did 2 interviews and met with someone who used to be an intern there. It all seemed fine until they ghosted me. I had to chase them up 4 weeks later and then they told me they went with someone else. Super unprofessional, especially since they then decided to comment on my appearance during our video calls as 'feedback'.

The interview process was smooth and comfortable. I came in contact with HUB through UC's career fair, and Mr. Spittel was there representing HUB. I loved my conversation with him and told him what I was looking for in an internship experience, and he told me what the HIIP program had to offer which seemed interesting and applicable to my career. Going through the rest of the interview process was also seamless, and the other employees I interviewed with were also very welcoming and enjoyable to have conversations with. Overall, a great experience that I would recommend.
