I had a phone chat with a really nice talent acquisition partner. They answered all my questions and made me feel super comfortable, which was a big help. The interview process was really chaotic. It seemed like the interviewers hadn't even looked at my resume, and to top it off, one of them actually left in the middle of the interview.
