Administrative Assistant
The interviewer was super nice and made me feel comfortable. We easily found a time that worked for my schedule, and HUB was really flexible. The whole thing, from the phone call to coming in, went really smoothly.

- What do I feel is my worst attribute as a worker?
Administrative Assistant
I had a phone chat with a really nice talent acquisition partner. They answered all my questions and made me feel super comfortable, which was a big help. After that, I had a Teams call with two managers who were also very welcoming from the start. The whole hiring process moved really fast, and I got an offer before the weekend.
- Tell me about your experience with Microsoft Office applications.
- Could you outline your current administrative responsibilities?
Administrative Assistant
The interview process was really chaotic. It seemed like the interviewers hadn't even looked at my resume, and to top it off, one of them actually left in the middle of the interview. It felt disrespectful and like a complete waste of my time. Honestly, I wouldn't want to work for a company that treats people this way before even hiring them!
- What is your motivation for seeking this role?
