the manager introduced themself, then i introduced myself and the manager started asking me questions about my technical background and personal experiences. After that, the manager explained the role and its responsibilities and discussed how I could be a valuable asset to the company.

Behavioral Presentation

I was contacted via LinkedIn, and it led to several interviews with senior leaders (VP-level and above). All the leaders I met were professional, respectful, and polite. They clearly communicated their goals for the position and the team. They made sure I was a good fit for the team and culture. The last step involved me presenting to a panel of leaders about a topic of my choice for about 10 minutes. It was a bit unusual but exciting.

The HR did a good job to explain the responsibility of the position, since there is many of positions and she suggested me to this position. My manager and VP interview was scheduled very quick, we have a nice conversation. And few days later I got an offer. The process was quick and I am happy to join Hub.
