So I applied and then had a casual phone chat with a recruiter. She talked about my background and told me more about the job. She mentioned I'd probably have a Zoom interview soon. A few days later, I had my first Zoom interview with the team leader and a hiring manager. They asked about what I could contribute and how I deal with conflict and stress, and also gave me the lowdown on the day-to-day tasks. They were really open about pay and how they saw me in the role. The last interview, a couple of weeks after, was over Zoom with two people I'd work with closely – an Account Manager and a Benefits Consultant. It was quick, and mostly about my skills and why I was interested in the job. Got an offer that same day.

Interviews for this role can vary by location, but generally expect about 2 to 3 interviews with managers, analysts, and practice leaders. The whole process moved quickly, and the recruiter was consistently in touch and professional. Questions focused on the job itself and what both the company and interviewer expect. While not overly technical, there were definitely some insightful questions about past experience, how you analyze processes, and how you've solved industry-specific problems. All in all, the journey from interview to offer felt professional, efficient, and friendly.
