I initially spoke with the HRIS Director. It was a very friendly chat about my background, what the job entails, and what they're looking for. After that, I had three more interviews. Two were with people from the HRIS team, one was with the Senior Manager of Comp and Benefits, and the last one was with the VP of HRIS. All those chats went well, and we talked about how my experience would be a good fit for the role.

A recruiter contacted me on Linkedin about a potential fit for a role. We scheduled a call to discuss the job, company, and my experience. It felt like the recruiter hadn't really read my resume and was just trying to meet a quota. I didn't get any follow-up after that, and the position was closed without any notification.
