The interview process was pretty seamless and straightforward. The initial interview was virtual and was very much me providing my background and information on my experience. Next up was an in-person interview at the office where I learned more about the roles available. Informal in terms of structured questions and was more of a conversation than a formal interview. Following this, I had a secondary virtual interview with another team member who had an open role available as well.

Behavioral Presentation

I had a very positive and professional experience interviewing for the position. The entire process, from the initial recruiter phone screen to the final round of interviews, felt well organized and respectful of my time. Communication was excellent; I always knew what the next steps were and received timely feedback from Michelle. Each interview stage was meaningful, allowing me to meet with potential peers and leadership. The questions were relevant and gave me a clear understanding of the role's challenges and opportunities. I was particularly impressed by the enthusiasm and clarity of the team I interviewed with. Even though the process was thorough, it felt like a mutual conversation than an interrogation. I highly recommend applying to HUB.

Behavioral Technical

I had two interviews that went really well, and they told me I'd be hearing from the next person. Great! But then, after a few days of no response, I got a super generic email saying thanks for my time. It felt like a waste of time in the end.
