I got an email for a 30-minute phone interview for the Logistics coordinator/account management specialist job. It seemed to go well. They said I'd hear back in 3 days but didn't. About a month later, a different Hub recruiter contacted me for another phone interview. I thought it was related to the first one and scheduled it. The interviewer emailed me 8 minutes before the call to reschedule because of a meeting. Turns out she didn't know I'd already interviewed for the same job. So, she didn't do another interview. Instead, she said she'd check the notes from my first interview and then get back to me. I didn't hear back from her. Then, two days later, I got another email from a different recruiter for the same job, but for a different shift. That recruiter emailed me 15 minutes after missing our scheduled call because she was on another call. Then she asked to reschedule during times I couldn't do. I decided to withdraw my applications from this company. Hub Group is very unprofessional. If it were the other way around, I'd be blacklisted.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. It kicked off with a quick 12-minute phone screen from a recruiter, covering some basic questions. Then, a couple of weeks later, I had an on-site interview with three individuals: the senior director of logistics operations, the logistics coordinator, and a logistics team leader. The atmosphere was relaxed, and the questions weren't tricky or unexpected.

Had a quick phone chat first, then went in for an in-person interview. The whole thing took about an hour, and then I had a 45-minute assessment to do. I talked to four people in total, which I thought was just right, not too many to feel overwhelmed.
