The interviewers didn't turn on their zoom cameras, which I thought was unprofessional and uninviting. They asked me about how I've handled different situations, like stressful times, negotiations, or dealing with upset customers. They also asked a few job-related questions. The overall experience felt uncomfortable due to the interviewers' unfriendly demeanor, making me feel like I couldn't say the right thing. Despite this, I did interview with the capacity planning team, who were friendlier, though they also kept their cameras off.

About two weeks after I applied, I was invited for an on-site interview. They mainly asked questions about my previous projects and the skills I'd used. The interview ended strangely, with them saying I was the first person they interviewed for this role and that I shouldn't worry if it took "a month or more to hear back." They also mentioned it would be a problem if no other candidates applied. I sent a thank-you card afterward, but never got a response. The whole experience felt really unprofessional.

The hiring process was really smooth. After I applied, HR gave me a call a few days later for a quick chat. They then set up a one-hour in-person interview with two people I would be working with. About a week after that, HR called again to schedule the final one-hour in-person interview. I got the offer about two weeks later.
