They wanted to have 3-4 rounds of interviews, and at the first interview, as a new grad, I figured out that they don't actually have high expectations on technical knowledge. I guess I got this vibe honestly. They just want you to go and work for them at the countryside for long periods of time to set 5G antennas in Turkey, which is a big no for me. I ended the conversation there. However, if you have an OK academic record and are willing to spend some time (3-5 months) in random towns, I think you can get hired.
