Behavioral Technical Coding

The process had 4 rounds. It started with a recruiter call with standard questions. Then there was a technical assessment, replicating a deep-learning paper's results, with a week deadline (I finished in 6 days and enjoyed it). The next round was a technical interview mostly about educating me on the company, and discussing the technical assessment. The hiring manager was impressed with my work given my background but mentioned they usually hire people with advanced degrees or lots of experience. The last round was supposed to be a culture fit interview, but I didn't get to that stage.

Confirmed questions6 questions
  • The recruiter asked standard questions.
  • Can you replicate the results of a deep-learning research paper?
  • The technical interview involved discussing the technical assessment.
