I applied through their website and then the HR called me for an interview. I went to their office for the interview. There was one person in the room, and another person joined online from China. They asked me technical questions about networks and programming languages, and also about my graduation project. The interview was pleasant and flexible.

One of the most absurd experiences of my life... A selection process that implies the need to adapt to crazy work rhythms. Total lack of tact from HR, bordering on the private with some considerations. The interview followed this process: -Introductory meeting with HR; -Technical interview with the manager: I was asked several times if working a lot of overtime and having very stressful work rhythms was motivating for me or a cause for concern. When this question was asked for the third time (perhaps not considering my answer exhaustive), I replied that probably we all aspire to work the right amount and also have a life outside of work; -Motivational interview in English: total disinterest shown by the person in charge of the interview, at the end of the interview I was told that the internship months are used to understand if the resource is in line with the "Huawei culture" (an aspect emphasized several times); -Positive feedback from HR. For the initial months of internship (which involved a reduced compensation) HR, understanding my concern about having to support myself alone in a big city and having to face a transfer, suggests I make some sacrifices and get help from my parents (despite having no information about my private life or financial availability). ABSURD!

This was a campus interview process that happened within a month. It started with an online exam, followed by a technical interview, and then an HR interview. Overall, it was easy and the questions were good.
