It was just the first interview with HR. He was really nice and the call was smooth. He told me about the company and the position - it involves working with Belgium and potentially traveling once a month. It's a small team of 6, and they were also hiring for junior and senior roles. Unfortunately, after about a week, he called to say they had changed the role requirements and now need someone who speaks Dutch, so I didn't move forward.
