Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at HTC.
Marketing
The interview is of 3 rounds. First, I had a phone call where they asked me marketing-related questions. Then, there was a group discussion (GD) about a basic marketing topic. Finally, in the last round, they asked questions related to my resume.
- Were you familiar with Canva?
- Were you familiar with n8n?
Marketing
The interview process was pretty chill and informal. They asked standard questions, and it felt like they were mostly checking for cultural fit. There were two interviews, both on the same day, and I was there for about an hour. I got the offer not long after.
- Can you share an instance where you dealt with a challenging colleague and what steps you took to resolve the situation?
Marketing
The whole interview process took a long time which was annoying because I had other job offers to consider. Also, HTC didn't interview me with people from the marketing department I applied for, but with people from another team.
- Can you name a brand that excels at social media?
