I applied online in September and had a video screen. Then, in November, I had a face-to-face interview with a 6-person panel. It was comfortable and straightforward. Everyone was friendly and asked simple questions. It's good to know about the company beforehand. You should express your interests; there are lots of opportunities to grow.

I went through 3 rounds of interviews with HSN. The first was digital and super quick and simple. I received an invitation to do a phone interview with HR within a week after submitting the interview. The phone interview went smoothly and I followed up with a thank you, I received an invitation for the 3rd interview the next day. Then came the last interview....first off, I was scheduled for a video interview with the HR rep and they called an hour before I was scheduled. I proceeded interviewing with a buyer and a merchandising trainer and I thought it went over smoothly. Again, I followed up with thank yous and one responded thanking me for my time. However, I never received a phone call from them and they never responded to my email wondering about their decision as a candidate. Personally, I was offended that I did not even receive a rejection email so that i would know their decision after putting so much time and effort with their company.
