Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview was pretty laid back and it was via phone. The interviewer was very friendly and the questions were pretty basic. You also had to do a test call while sharing your computer screen, and the interviewer pretended like she was a customer calling in to order something or to make a complaint. As long as you know how to work on a computer (the basic stuff) and you show empathy and friendliness, you will be fine.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview was pretty straightforward. They called me on the phone at the scheduled time. The interviewer was running late, but called about 25 minutes after the initial scheduled time. She asked basic customer service questions. Then, we moved to an online shared screen where I had to act as a customer ordering a product and inquiring about another. Even though it was a new system, I found it easy to use. She stopped me midway to give me additional information that would impact my performance on the test. After I finished, she gave me feedback, listing 9 pros and 1 con. The con was that I paused too long while looking for product info. She asked about pay and hours, and I said yes. Then she came back and said that the 10-second pause meant I couldn't be hired, even though the job has a 6-week training program.

Behavioral Technical Presentation Other

I saw the job posting and applied online. It took a couple of weeks to get an email back. I followed the steps to sign up, but then had to wait another 2-3 weeks to pick a time for the interview. The interview process was pretty much what others have said. I can't remember the exact questions, but they were similar to what's listed in other reviews, so definitely prepare for those. The interviewer was friendly, which made it not too awkward. They asked a bit about my past work, but not in a lot of detail. At the start, the interviewer basically said they were going to hire me, then went into the questions. After that, we did a role-play scenario, and all the info was on the screen to guide us. They explained everything clearly. That part only took about 5 minutes. I had to sign some papers within 24 hours and then do a drug test within 72 business hours.
