The first round was pretty straightforward with basic questions. The second round felt a bit biased towards local candidates and they threw in some questions that didn't seem related. While they were quick with responses and feedback after each round, it wasn't very in-depth.

We started with an initial interview with the person I'd be reporting to, and then another with the Function Leader. After those two, the interviewers discussed internally to figure out offer priorities. If they were too close to making a decision, there was a possibility of more interviews.

The whole process took a long time. I had to keep following up for feedback. There were 3 interviews. First, a high-level HR interview, then one with the local peer group managers. The second interview was with the Head of Department and the Location Senior. A lot of HR people were involved. It all stretched out over more than 2 months.
