The interview process had three parts: HR interview, Initial interview, and Final interview. The Initial interview was basically a technical test to see if you were a good fit. There were also questions about situations to check your personality and how you work. Overall, it's a doable process if you prepare. I didn't get the job I applied for, but they put me into a different role instead.

So I had to fill out an application, which was a bit of a pain, honestly, the website was really old and clunky, and the login stuff kept giving me trouble, it was super frustrating. The recruiter reached out though, and she was lovely. Said the hiring manager really wanted to interview me, but first there were a couple of things to do. I had to do an online test, and then record myself answering some interview questions. After we chatted, I got a link for a psychometric test, took about 20-30 mins, pretty standard stuff, no prep needed, just behavioral questions. I guess I passed that because then I got the link to record the interview questions. There were three questions, and I knew them beforehand. You get three tries for each. After submitting that, I waited two weeks, and the recruiter messaged again. The hiring manager was traveling, so it would be another two weeks for an update on interview times. Unfortunately, during that time, I got an email saying the hiring manager was back, but the role wasn't going ahead anymore. Super annoying, felt like a total waste of time, and honestly, a bit rude after all that.
