The interview had three parts. First, I had a call with the team where everyone interviewed me. They asked about my personal characteristics, my academic and professional background, and technical questions for the role. In the second interview, I talked to the head of the area. Finally, in the third phase, I had an English proficiency test, talked to HR, and received the job offer and conditions.

The interview process started with an online assessment, which mainly featured situational judgment test (SJT) questions. Following that, there was a justification and suitability assessment (JSA) that covered how to handle information from various sources and what to do when information is missing in a case study scenario.

The interview process was straightforward, involving two stages: a technical assessment followed by a human resources discussion.
