So first there's an application and an online test. Then you might have a video interview or go to an assessment centre. Sometimes there's also a technical interview or a manager interview, it just depends on the job and how senior it is. Most of the time it includes a screening, aptitude and behavioural tests, and then final interviews where you have to show what you know with examples and the STAR method.

The process was online and included a HireVue interview, which felt like a complete waste of time. I thought I did well and was hopeful, but it took them over a year to even process my application.
