It was a pretty straightforward process. It kicked off with an aptitude and reasoning test, which was a bit challenging. After that, I attended a pre-placement talk where they presented their products and facilities. We then moved on to a group discussion round. Following that, students were shortlisted for a technical round, and after that, the HR round took place.

The interview process used to be all telephonic because most of the management was in the US, with the final round being face-to-face. However, this process has changed, and now it's typically 2-3 face-to-face rounds focusing on technical skills and work attitude, followed by an HR round for salary negotiation.

The interview process has 3 rounds. Round 1 is an Aptitude test covering topics like Number System, Profit and Loss, Time & Distance, Algebra, Probability, Mensuration, Geometry, Interest, Data Interpretation, Percentage, Time and Work, etc. Round 2 is a Technical round focusing on Networks, Linux, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Office, and Share Point. Round 3 is an HR round. They recommend preparing for Aptitude and Tech sections from various books and online resources.
