After an initial phone call where they asked about my background and experience, I was invited for a standard in-person interview. I was given a take-home assignment to complete within a week. It was an Excel file with inventory and customer consumption data, and I had to analyze it without any explanations. I then had to create a presentation showing the key insights and present it.
