The whole process took a few days. It was a smooth and pleasant experience with nice people. It started with a quick 3-4 minute HR chat for general discussion. Then, there was a general conversation with the Team Leader. Next, I had a one-hour test with the System Architect. The last step was a conversation with the division manager to discuss salary expectations.

Senior Difficult Positive experience Decline offer

They talked about how the job is a senior software developer role. It's a collaborative and friendly environment with chances to learn and grow, especially for new people. The team is supportive and the management is approachable. They also mentioned flexibility in work schedule and good work-life balance, with exposure to real-time projects and modern tools. However, there can be limited advancement opportunities in some areas, and things can move slowly sometimes because of internal dependencies. Compensation is fair but maybe not top-tier.

Technical Behavioral Presentation

I interviewed for a software role, and the conversation was quite dynamic. We started with a quick team introduction, where everyone shared their roles. Then, we moved on to more technical questions about data structures, code optimization, and development best practices. In the last five minutes, without warning, they switched the conversation to English to test my fluency and ability to communicate under pressure. Discussing technical topics is already challenging, and doing it in another language required extra focus, but I managed to keep the conversation going. Finally, we briefly touched on company culture and the next steps in the selection process. I found the experience very positive and enriching!
