Behavioral Technical Case

I interviewed for a Product Manager role at HP, and it was tough but I learned a lot. First, there was a call with HR, then interviews with my would-be coworkers, and finally, I met with the hiring manager. They asked questions about my past experiences and about hypothetical situations, testing my knowledge of how products move from start to finish, how I look at the market, and how I work with different teams. They really cared about new ideas, the customer, and how I deal with tricky projects. Also, they wanted to know how I sort out disagreements and bounce back from problems. The HP interview process was hard but worth it, giving me a real sense of their fast-paced culture.

Behavioral Technical Case

The interview process was quite disorganized and confusing. The hiring manager contacted me directly after I applied, not a Talent Professional, which was unexpected. We had a good initial chat, and I was informed there might be a delay due to upcoming holidays. Over a month later, the hiring manager checked if I was still interested, and upon confirmation, mentioned setting up interviews, but I had no idea about the number or format. I ended up having six more interviews with potential colleagues and stakeholders. After that, there was no communication. I reached out for an update after a week and was informed they had chosen another candidate.
