First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at HP Inc..
Intern
So, at HP, they start by looking at your resume. A recruiter or hiring manager will check if your background fits the job. This part might include a quick chat about basic tech stuff, your projects, and if you get the role. The questions are pretty simple, aiming to see if you know the basics, how you solve problems, and how well you talk. It's a straightforward process to see if you're a good fit for the team.
- Can you tell me about your project and the biggest challenge you encountered?
Intern
The interview process was quite good. There was a 1st and a 2nd interview. However, I found it highly unprofessional and rude to be ghosted after the second interview and not even getting a reply after following up with the responsible persons. If you apply here, do not be sure to be treated with respect.

Intern
The interview process included a workshop, followed by an onsite interview at NTU with a director. This 20-minute interview focused on my resume and personality, asking about previous work experience and my interests. I was also asked to share my ideas about TIJ and any technology I had researched.
- Can you give a brief introduction?
- Do you have any ideas about TIJ and HP?
- What is your understanding of the job?
