The process was lengthy, and the hiring manager caused significant delays. There were many postponements, and you lose an entire week's pay because they won't hire on Mondays. They asked system-specific questions and then there was a round table with the team.

I got a reference from my friend and they shortlisted me. After that, there was a test, and if we passed, they would allow us to sit for the interview. The test had two parts: for IND AS, we had to write answers in a Word document and send it to them, and for Excel, they sent us a file, which we had to download, write answers in, and send back to them.
- In the test, they focused on your understanding of IND AS and your excel skills.

I ran into this company at a career fair and chatted with a rep at their booth who took down my info. A recruiter called me within 2-3 days to discuss benefits and the role, then set me up with a manager meeting. A few days later, I met the hiring manager at their office. After that, I had a video call with a team member. HR reached out again a few days later with an offer, first over the phone, then via email. The entire process wrapped up in under 3 weeks.
