The store manager was a pretty decent person. He made the interview feel pressure-free and asked good questions to see if I was a good fit for the role. He also helped a lot with the paperwork and getting started. Overall, a really nice guy.

The initial application form was pretty simple, though I had a bit of trouble with it accepting my previous salary as a 'valid number'. The online assessments were quite easy, and it's super helpful that they break down your scores and email them to you, which is great for future job applications. The online interview was a new thing for me but also pretty simple - I recorded my answers on my tablet so I could redo them if I messed up, but I know some people said you only get one chance if you use a computer to record your answers, so using a tablet or phone is a good idea. I've just finished the online interviews so I'm marking this as no offer for now, but I'm hoping for the best.

We did a group activity where we had to create and find an outfit from the shop floor for a wedding, then explain it. After that, there were basic questions and answers with two interviewers. It was a group interview first, and then a one-on-one after that. The whole thing took about 3 hours.
