Customer Assistant
The interview was with the manager and took about 30 minutes. We discussed my past experience and when I could work. They went over my CV and asked which section of the store I was interested in working in. It was a straightforward interview that matched the job.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Customer Assistant
I filled out an online form and then had to record a video interview. It was kind of awkward for me since I'm a people person and talking to a camera made me seem nervous and flat. I guess I didn't do well because it's been over three weeks and I haven't heard back.
- Can you share a challenging customer interaction and explain how you handled it?
Customer Assistant
You start with this initial questionnaire where you gotta answer some situations. If you do well, then you go on to a video interview asking about yourself and how you relate to the job. If you pass that, you get asked to come in for an assessment centre/group interview.
- Tell me about your previous role.
- Can you recall a time you had to handle a challenging customer?
- How do you define excellent service for VIP customers?
