It was pretty straightforward. There were two interviews total. First, I met with the service Manager, and then I had a final interview with the general manager. I got the job offer after the second interview with the GM. The training was also easy and the pay was good.

The hiring process was pretty straightforward. They mainly asked me about my previous serving experience and why I enjoyed it. Then, they asked if I was up for working with the rest of the team, who are quite a unique bunch, to say the least.
