So I had two interviews on the same day, first with the host manager and then with the general manager. They said they would call me but I ended up calling them about a week later to check in. My friend and I applied together but I got the job. About a year later, I asked my manager why I was hired over her. He said I was more outgoing and that my call showed initiative and that I really wanted the job.

The hiring process was pretty straightforward. They mainly asked me about my previous serving experience and why I enjoyed it. Then, they asked if I was up for working with the rest of the team, who are quite a unique bunch, to say the least.
