The owner conducted an amazing interview. They were engaged and caring, and the process felt honest and transparent. The opportunity seemed purposeful, and I was able to have a meaningful and open discussion. We talked about growth and the overall purpose of the role.

The interview was kinda weird, like, I was in the back of an Uber asking most of the questions, it felt like I was interviewing the CEO. They seemed to be looking for more of a general office manager than an actual attorney. It went okay, but I don't think they hired anyone for the role then.

The store manager will reach out and conduct the interview. After, the owners will usher out the second portion of the interview. Seemed unable to match wage of $12+/hr (I asked for $15+). Richmond store manager was pleasant but the owners are pretty traditional (dislikes piercings). Emphasis on fitness related experience. I had my interview moved to virtual after I agreed to an in-person appointment, so that threw me off as well.

It was a very quick process. We had a detailed conversation about my resume and then I had to sell a retail product to a customer during the interview. Overall, it was a wonderful and easy process! The questions during the interview were tough and rapid fire, so be prepared to answer questions about your resume!
