After profile and cultural fit tests, there was a fun but challenging Capture the Flag competition. Over three days, daily challenges were released. I didn't solve them all but advanced to the next stage. Then, I spent a whole day at Hotmart with about 100 other candidates. We had a coding challenge to solve in pairs, which was in Java, a language I hadn't used before. They mentioned they were evaluating teamwork, not just the code. I didn't advance from this stage. Overall, I found the process humanized; they sent a polite rejection email and encouraged me to reapply. The employees I met, both from development and People teams, were polite and welcoming. I think my anxiety might have affected my performance, but the experience was positive.

First there was a general interview with HR to get to know you and see if you fit the role, then an interview with the tech leads of the team where they asked more technical things, focused on your experiences and the technologies you know, then a culture interview with HR to see if you align with the company culture, and finally a behavioral interview with the manager where she asks if you have faced certain situations at work and how you acted.

It was a good and welcoming process, especially for someone who hadn't interviewed before. They were always clear, answered all possible questions, explained all the steps, and were very attentive. I just didn't get feedback on why I didn't advance, but it wasn't really necessary.
