Very good and organized, they were super attentive and cared about our experience. They took us to the office and introduced us to the team and work environment. The stages are well explained, with quick feedback and clear communication. The process conveys professionalism and warmth, which makes candidates calmer and more confident.

The process starts with applications, with two separate links for business and tech roles. Then there's a cultural fit assessment, followed by questions about the company and logical reasoning. A group activity involves solving programming exercises. The interview itself is with the area manager and someone from HR. Hotmart doesn't provide feedback to those who aren't selected, which I thought was a shame because people could improve for future internship programs, and they also said they would send it but didn't.
