The process was quite long, spanning about 3 months, but it was pleasant. The interviewer was really nice. We sometimes kept in touch via WhatsApp. There were 3 interviews in total over those 3 months.

Behavioral Technical Other

This whole thing took about 5 weeks, but honestly, most of that was just waiting for them to get back to me about the next steps. The last part was the worst, they took 15 days to tell me if I got the job, even after I reached out for an update. Super disrespectful, if you ask me, to wait that long just to say no. I even asked for feedback on why I wasn't chosen, but never heard back. It started with a recruiter asking me some basic stuff, then I had an interview and a test where I had to come up with a creative solution for a Hotmart customer case with two supervisors. After that, on the same day, I had two more interviews: one with two managers where they hit me with general and personal questions, and the final one with the recruiter again, who threw some tough questions at me about how I'd handle various work situations. Honestly, the whole process felt way too long and hard for the pay they offer, which is pretty low compared to other places hiring for the same gig with better perks.

Behavioral Group Presentation

The process was extremely long, totaling over 6 hours dedicated to 2 interviews, 2 tests, 1 group dynamic, a video, and a presentation. The whole process lasted 3 months, only for me to be informed at the end that the position, advertised as remote the whole time, was exclusively for residents of the BH region and therefore I would not be considered. A complete lack of respect for the candidates' time; had we known it would be remote, we wouldn't have spent so much time and effort on such a long selection process. The company should be more professional and plan better for these situations.
