The interview process felt very superficial. They didn't explain the goal of the process, and the final feedback on the outcome was delayed and generic. I think they could have included more tests and been more careful when reviewing resumes. The games were fun, but drawing conclusions based on just one game is really unfair.

I went through two selection processes at Hotmart. The first one in 2019, I was contacted via LinkedIn by Recruitment. I had a video interview with HR and the following week with the area's Management. The next step would have been the culture interview, which didn't happen. I only received negative feedback almost two months later. Now in 2020, I applied for another position, but the process was through the Kenoby platform without any human interaction. There were several tests, and again, over a month for a negative response via an automatic email.
