I applied online for a San Antonio store and was contacted right away. My first interview went well, and I was asked back the next day for another interview with a different manager. That one also went great, and they gave me a lot of good feedback. As I was leaving, I got a call to schedule a third interview with the District Manager the following week at a different location. That interview also went well. All the interviews asked the same questions. After the last interview, they said I'd hear back by the end of the week. When I didn't hear anything, I called the store a couple of times, but they had no updates. A month later, I accepted I wasn't getting the job, but I'm really disappointed in the lack of professionalism and courtesy. They didn't even call to let me know, which is a shame after I spent time on three interviews for a management role. For context, I have over 4 years of management experience in other good retail stores.

Had three interviews in total. Two were with the district manager, and the last one was with the regional manager. The whole process was pretty easy, mainly done over Skype and phone calls. They went over a lot of details about the job description and what the goals are for the store location. They also mentioned that annual visits and one on ones are common. During the Skype interview, they were watching how I reacted to certain questions and to descriptions of the workload.

I had a very casual interview with the District Manager at a coffee place, which lasted about an hour. We talked about my previous work, education, achievements, interests, and how I could contribute to the company. The second interview with the regional manager was pretty much the same.
