Not the most ideal situation given others could give an answer that is similar to yours before you had the opportunity so it's best to come with multiple examples for different scenarios.

I applied online and got an email from HR about two weeks later. They wanted to chat and it was a pretty casual, friendly conversation for about 45 minutes. They told me a lot about the company vibe, the manager's background, why the job was open, and all the cool perks. Then, I had a phone interview with the hiring boss the very next morning, which lasted an hour. Right after that, they set up an in-person meeting for the next week since I was coming from out of town. I spent a whole 6-hour day at their HQ, meeting HR, other managers, directors, and team members. We did one-on-one interviews, they showed me around, explained the company culture in detail, talked about how everyone works, and the department's projects, challenges, and goals. The interviews wrapped up when the office was closing. They mentioned they were still interviewing others and gave me a decision date about two weeks out. Three weeks after my visit, I got a quick email saying they hired someone else, with no feedback on my application.
